That’s where I come in. Before launching my coaching business, I led User Experience Research teams at both Facebook and Microsoft Yammer, and spent several years in academic research. I am an expert in a range of qualitative and quantitative methods,including 1:1 interviews, focus groups, usability testing, competitive analysis, surveys, and A/B testing. I can guide and/or execute research at a stage of development from the early stages of discovering who you are building for and what you are building to post-launch evaluation of your app or product.
