Intensives and Retreats
Intensives and retreats are ideal for an individual, small group, or team who wants quick progress on a project a goal. These high-touch opportunities for transformation can be as short as a single day or as long as a week, and are customized to the needs of the individual or group.
Typically, over the course of our time together, we will…
Design a powerful and motivating vision for what you and/or your group wants to accomplish.
Develop a focused strategy for moving toward that powerful vision.
Master you and/or your group’s mindset. We will uncover blind spots, unconscious limiting beliefs, unproductive emotions, and bullshit rules you are following that get in the way of your success.
Discover a skills, tools, and knowledge you and/our your team need to achieve that vision.
Create a detailed action plan for and creating incredible results, building in ability to test, measure, and adjust along the way.
Intensives are a great on their own or as a way to kick off a year-long individual coaching relationship. We spend our time together deeply understanding you, your environment, and your relationships with attention on three major phases of your life - your past, your present, and your future. We explore new ways of doing and being and put an action plan into place for moving forward.
Intensives and retreats for groups operate in much of the same way as for individuals but with the added benefit of bonding with a group. Participants are able to learn from each other and form lasting bonds.
Groups can request a personalized retreat, or individuals can inquire about upcoming opportunities to attend a pre-planned retreat.
